Dr. Richard “Dick” Hill, 94, founding CEO of Mayo Arizona, passed away peacefully on March 24  surrounded by loving family.  Dick married Barbara (Huth) in 1983.  A Hematologist at Mayo Clinic in Minnesota, Dick became a Trustee at Mayo and Board Vice Chair for 8 years.  He established a Mayo Southwest branch, moving to Scottsdale in 1987 with Barbara.
